Projects are moving ahead at Courtyards this summer. The front door renovation is producing wonderful results. The workmen should be thanked for their labors in this heat. Once your door has been renewed, remember to wipe your door with a damp cloth at least once a month. It's amazing how quickly the dirt accumulates. When you add holiday decorations to your door, make sure they don't scratch the surface.
New plantings are going in all over the property to fill in gaps and cover bare batches. Unfortunately, the two willow trees in the C building have to be cut down because the tress are rotted out from the inside and pose a danger to the surrounding buildings. They will be cut down, but not ground down. We will use the remaining stumps to hold two large potted trees just like the ones at the entrance gate.
The pools have brand new furniture and safety equipment. There are 12 new chairs and 4 new chaise lounges placed between the three pool areas.
FYI, the Board meeting will take place on Monday, July 9 at 5:30 due to the 4th of July Holiday.
