The Board or Directors has worked with the Courtyard's lawyer to legally curtail owners from using AirBNB and other short term rentals agreements. As a result, the leasing rules for condos at Courtyards of Three Fountains has been rewritten. The leasing rules regulating the use, occupancy, and leasing of the units have been legally amended in accordance with the association founding documents.
