Recently, the Board had a walk through the entire community with a representative of VF Landscape Services. The drought and Harvey had not been good for our landscaping and now we are going to make improvements in every courtyard.

They’ll be new trees planted, and some trees will be taken down. Gaps in the hedges will be filled. Limestone gravel will cover areas that aren’t good for plants. Pavers around trees that have shifted due to tree growth will be reset. Old shrubs and roots will be removed to make way for a better appearance.

When it’s all done, and some time has passed, the Board is dedicated to returning our Courtyards to an oasis on Fountain View Dr.
