On Wednesday, August 5, 2020 the water will be turned off at approximately 9:00 a.m. in order to allow owners to make necessary repairs within their units. The water is expected to remain off for approximately five (5) hours, depending on all scheduled repairs being completed.  If no calls for repairs are received, the water will not be shut down.

If you plan to make repairs within your unit at this time, you must contact the Maintenance Department at (713) 772-4420 at least one (1) day prior to the cutoff date to advise us so that water is not turned back on while repairs are in progress and you do not flood your unit.  PLUMBERS ARRIVING AFTER 10:30 a.m. WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BEGIN REPAIRS.
