General Info

Courtyards of Three Fountains Condominiums was incorporated in February, 1978. That year, Jimmy Carter signed a bill that allowed homebrewing of beer, Annie Hall won Best Picture Oscar, and the Dallas Cowboys beat the Denver Broncos in the Super Bowl. And for thirty one years, the Homeowner's Association and the many members of the Board of Directors have worked hard to preserve the owner's investment by maintaining the property and staying within the yearly budget.

Keeping up the appearance of the property and maintaining the integrity of it's structures is an ongoing commitment. Over this year and into 2014 we are replacing all the fascia and gutters on every building. Improvements to the property in 2009 include a brand new pitched roof for the units facing Fountain View and Inwood, and new coin operated washers and dryers. Improvements and updates to the landscaping is an onsoing project. Courtyards believes that the lush gardens and mature trees are a vital asset to the community. In 2008 all the carports were replaced and a new entry gate was installed. Over a five year period which ended in 2007, all the flat roofs were replaced.

All these improvements and upkeep to the property come out the the Homeowner's Association monthly fees. These fees also pay for basic cable TV, electricity, gas, water, landscaping, plumbing, on site maintenance personnel, garbage pick up, management company services, and general property repairs.
